Deposit

• In order to confirm your date, a $500.00 deposit is required and will be
  applied toward your balance.
• The deposit is non-refundable.
• 75% of the total bill, based upon your guarantee, is due 8 days prior to
  your date.
• Payment is accepted in the form of cash or check only.

Guarantee

• We will ask you to confirm the total number of guests expected, 8 days
  prior to your date.
  This number is your guaranteed count.
• We will be prepared to serve 5% more than your guarantee.
• Your final bill will be based upon the guarantee or actual attendance,
  whichever is greater.
• Substitutions/Special Diets, and Children's Meals are a guaranteed count and will be charged
  according to their individual menu price.
