Banquet Guidelines and Policies
~Because St. Andrews cannot anticipate every important
detail of your function,
we encourage questions related to the details of your
function
prior to your deposit commitment.~
Banquet meals require a 30 person minimum guarantee.
Your banquet booking allows you 4½ hours in
the banquet room beginning at your
guest arrival time.
Your dinner-dance booking allows you 5½ to
6½ hours in the banquet room
beginning at your guest arrival time.
Cocktail/Hors d' Oeuvre Parties will have room rental
and staffing fees added. These
fees will be waived only when specific food order
minimums are met. Please ask for additional information.
Your banquet room is available to you 45 minutes prior
to the guest arrival time for your decorating
and/or party preparation. The wait staff will be setting
the room at this time also. Room set up will be
complete at guest arrival time.
Menu/Guarantees
We request your menu selection 3 weeks prior to the
date of your party.
A guarantee count is due 8 days prior to the date
at which time 75% of your total bill is also due.
Substitutions/Special Diets are a guarantee count
and will be charged according
to their individual menu price.
Entrée selection is limited to two choices. Each
choice will require a minimum. Banquets
planning two entrée choices require special guidelines,
please ask for additional information.
Dietary substitution meals and children's meals are also
available and are not viewed as
an entrée selection.
Only food provided and prepared by St. Andrews is
allowed at functions (cake is the only exception).
For all other parties other than a "Banquet
Dinner" a staffing fee will be added
when setting up a private bar in the room.
Special menus are available for groups under 30 people.
Deposit/Payments
Deposits are non-refundable 90 days prior to your
event.
Only your deposit can be accepted in the form of
credit card, all further payments are
expected in cash or check.
Final payment is expected within 30 days following
your event.
